These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website located at https://alloutroofs.com (the “Site”) operated by All Out Roofing, LLC (“All Out Roofing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and your communications with us via forms, text messages (SMS), email, and phone. By using our Site or contacting us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or submit your information.

2. About All Out Roofing

All Out Roofing, LLC is a residential roofing contractor headquartered in Katy, Texas, serving Katy, Fulshear, Cypress, Sugar Land, Richmond, Spring, and the greater Houston area. We are a CertainTeed, Master Craftsman, and Shingle Quality Specialist certified contractor.

3. Website Use

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only, to learn about our services, request estimates or inspections, and communicate with our team. You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or any related systems
  • Interfere with, damage, or disrupt the Site or its underlying infrastructure
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to collect information from the Site
  • Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our forms

4. Free Estimates and Inspections

All Out Roofing offers free roof inspections and estimates as a courtesy to homeowners and property owners. By requesting an inspection or estimate, you authorize All Out Roofing personnel to access your property for the purpose of inspecting the roof and related components.

  • Estimates are non-binding until signed. Estimates provided verbally, by text, by email, or through our website are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a contract. A binding contract exists only when a written proposal or service agreement is signed by both you and an authorized All Out Roofing representative.
  • Estimate validity. Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing. Pricing may change based on material cost fluctuations, hidden damage discovered during work, or scope changes.
  • Inspection findings. Inspection reports reflect the conditions observed on the date of inspection and are not a warranty or guarantee of future performance. We do not assume responsibility for conditions concealed by other materials, unsafe to access, or that develop after the inspection date.

5. Service Contracts

Any roofing services performed by All Out Roofing are governed by a separate written service agreement signed by both you and an authorized All Out Roofing representative. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed service agreement, the signed service agreement controls.

Payment terms, warranty terms, scope of work, project timelines, change orders, and dispute resolution procedures for actual service work are set forth in the signed service agreement, not on this Site.

6. Financing

All Out Roofing partners with third-party lenders, including Acorn Finance and GoodLeap, to offer financing options for our services. All Out Roofing is not a lender. Any financing offered is provided by the third-party lender, subject to their credit approval and terms. All Out Roofing is not responsible for the terms, rates, fees, or servicing of any financing arrangement. Financing eligibility and terms are determined solely by the lender.

7. Warranties

Warranties on materials and workmanship are set forth in your signed service agreement and in the applicable manufacturer warranty documents (for example, CertainTeed shingle warranties). All Out Roofing makes no warranties on the Site or in any marketing material other than those expressly set forth in your signed service agreement or manufacturer documentation.

8. Text Messaging (SMS) Terms

By opting in to receive text messages from All Out Roofing, you may receive general conversational messages, customer care/support messages, and promotional messages. Message frequency will vary. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.

The following additional terms apply to your enrollment in our text messaging program:

  1. Cancellation. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and will no longer send SMS messages from that program. To rejoin, opt in again as you did the first time.

  2. Help and support. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply HELP for assistance, or contact us directly at 281-769-4282 or info@alloutroofs.com.

  3. Carrier disclaimer. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  4. Message frequency and rates. Message frequency will vary based on communication needs. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us or to us from you. Contact your wireless provider for questions about your text or data plan.

  5. Data sharing. Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Customer data is not shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

  7. Opt-out instructions: Tell users they can cancel SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message. Confirm that you will send a text to confirm their unsubscribe status.

This limitation does not apply to liability arising from services actually performed by All Out Roofing under a signed service agreement, which are governed by the terms of that agreement.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless All Out Roofing, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to (a) your use of the Site, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any rights of another party.

14. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fort Bend County or Harris County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms remain in full force and effect.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last revised. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
